Now an annual January event, we will be coming together via zoom to hear about the state Greater Boston Real Estate Market — and where it might be headed. CBRE’s Cerise Marcela, Tim Howe, and Andy Hoar will be presenting. This online event is free to all LAI members and their guests; please register via zoom.
Cerise is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Boston Consulting and the Life Science Consulting group. Prior to joining CBRE, Cerise was a strategy lead in Gensler’s workplace consulting practice focusing on large scale corporate campus transformation projects, including Partners HealthCare and Reebok Boston Headquarters. In 2019, Cerise was recognized by Connect CRE Media as one of the Next Generation Honorees, recognizing young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come. Cerise holds a bachelor and master’s degrees from Cornell University with a focus on human-centered design, real estate, and workplace research.
Tim is a Senior Vice President with the Urban Advisory & Transaction Services team, where he specializes in commercial brokerage transactions for tenants and landlords in downtown Boston. He previously served as the Director of Research for CBRE/NE where he was responsible for tracking statistics for over 7,675 office, laboratory and industrial buildings comprising roughly 516 million square feet across New England. He was also responsible for the drafting and publishing of quarterly reports for all of Greater Boston’s submarkets.
Andy serves as the Chairman and Co-Managing Partner of CBRE/New England, a joint venture between Whittier Partners Group and CBRE. A 30-year commercial real estate veteran, Andy leads a team of more than 400 real estate professionals including leasing, financing, management and sales specialists for all commercial property types.
