Bunker Hill Affordable Housing Redevelopment

Adelaide “Addie” Grady, Senior Vice President and Partner of Leggat McCall, will be sharing information with us about the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment. Construction started this spring, and the plan is for 2,699 mixed-income apartments, 1,010 of which will be deeply affordable replacement units on site. This project is also exploring the use of mass timber.
